EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NOMOR 101/KMK.05/1997 ON CUSTOMS MANIFEST

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Attachment

Considering :

a. that, in the framework of improving of customs services to public, to make easy the mechanism of monitoring over settlement of import commodities, and to guarantee data accuracy, delivery of documents from and to Bonded Storage Place through electronic media, it is necessary to amend Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.05/1997;
b. that, based on the consideration of paragraph a, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance on Eighth Amendment to Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.05/1997 on Customs Manifest;

In view of :

1. Law No. 10/1995 on Customs Affairs (Statute Book of 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612);
2. Law No. 11/1995 on Excise Duty (Statute Book of 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3613);
3. Presidential Decree No. 187/M/2004;
4. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.OS/ 1997 on Customs Manifest as already amended several times and latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 624/ PMK.04/2004;
5. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 291/KMK.OS/ 1997 on Bonded Zone as already amended several times and latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 587/PMK.04/2004;
6. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 580/KMK.04; 2003 on Procedure of Import Facility for Export Purpose and the Monitoring Thereof;

DECIDES:

To stipulate :

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON EIGHT AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 101/KMK.05/1997 ON CUSTOMS MANIFEST.

Article I

To amend Appendices VIII, XI, and XIII of Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.05/1997 to become as stipulated in Appendices I, II, and III to this Regulation.

Article II

This Regulation starts to be applicable from the date it is stipulated.

For public cognizance this Regulation shall be published by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
